Edward Honour

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Honour serves as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Honour has over 30 years of experience as a software developer and solutions architect and has numerous successful projects to his name. He graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois in 1986 and is the author of two books on Oracle database programming. For the past 10 years he has been consulting in the area of databases, data science, and machine learning for a leading US National Laboratory. In 2020, his team won a prestigious R&D 100 award for its use of Artificial Intelligence to identify threats.

In his role as a management consultant, Mr. Honour is an expert in identifying where Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is the right fit for IT projects and provides the guidance necessary to complete and implement large scale AI/ML projects.

Joe Lehman

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Lehman is an expert in the areas of data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence and serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Mr. Lehman graduated from DePaul University in 2000 with a degree in Mathematics with a focus on Actuarial Science. For the past 15 years Mr. Lehman has focused on Enterprise level database, data science, and infrastructure projects with a heavy focus on Oracle technologies.

In 2024, Mr. Lehman's primary focus is building the Kinetic Seas cloud data center designed to provide GPU compute resources to business clients adopting AI. As part of that role he is focused on building easy to use virtualized environments tailored for ML/AI projects for business. To date, Mr. Lehman is responsible for the development of the Kinetic Cloud automated infrastructure platform that allows Kinetic Seas to offer clients persistent cloud development environments that can be reconfigured for GPU compute on demand.

Chief Marketing Officer

Robert Potter is a brand builder and growth strategist whose work has generated more than 10 billion views across his client portfolio. He has developed and managed content, brand narratives, growth systems, and paid-media campaigns for celebrities, professional athletes, rappers, executives, influencers, major companies, and businesses across technology, healthcare, e-commerce, real estate, and professional services.

Robert’s expertise spans both organic growth and paid acquisition. He has managed and overseen paid-media accounts representing tens of millions of dollars in cumulative advertising spend. Beyond making content go viral, he understands how to capture attention, shape how a person or company is perceived, and use storytelling to ensure that the content and advertising advance the intended narrative. His strategies are built not simply to generate views, but to convert attention into authority, customers, community, and revenue.

Robert grew Ed Honour’s social presence from approximately 300 followers to more than 250,000 in under a year without paid advertising. He also founded and built the AI Masters community from zero to more than 24,000 members, partnering with Ed as its public-facing AI expert.
